All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours except where noted. All orders must be placed online by 3:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping. To accommodate expedited shipping needs after 3:00 PM CST, please call 1.877.426.9464 for air shipping options and delivery expectations.
Shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping that will be added to the shipping charge. Combat Brands, LLC reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.
We do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process we will not be able to cancel or make changes. Please call customer service to check the status of your order. Please do not email cancel/change requests as emails are answered within 24hrs and the order would have shipped in that timeframe.
All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information. In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we must verify the bill-to and ship-to address. Please be certain to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card's issuing bank has on file) when placing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time, and possible order cancelation without prior notice.

Additional shipping fees
Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam
If you are shipping outside the Continental U.S. transit times are not guaranteed. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. are considered international shipments by some carriers. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to deliver to their address. We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. The international shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for all customs, shipping charges, and other fee’s if the package is returned to Combat Brands, LLC by the carrier for any reasons. These fee’s will be deducted from the refund of merchandise received back. There are no shipping refunds on returned international ordersPlease email Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding international orders.
We will require emailed front and back copies of the credit card used, and valid driver’s license for any order containing an International address. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, and to reduce fraud. Please email the aforementioned to Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service for approval. All orders are subject to hold or cancellation if a response is not received within 2 weeks.
International orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Our satisfaction guaranteed policy
We get it—sometimes the item doesn’t fit, you decide you don’t like the color, or you just change your mind. And, sometimes a product just breaks under normal use conditions. Because we understand, you may return or exchange any item purchased from www.ringside.com for a refund or exchange for any reason within 120 days, providing the item is unused and in its original packaging. The original packaging is not required if the item is being returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer's defect.
We’re sorry but there will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges on all videos, DVDs, books or Gift Cards.
Return and Exchange Policy
It is Simple to return or exchange your item
Please contact us by calling 1.877.426.9464 or email Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).
Please note: the cost to ship a return and/or exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer.

|•||Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 120 days of purchase.|
|•||All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used, unless being returned due to manufacturing defect. Combat Brands reserves the right to decline a return request on opened and/or used.|
|•||The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Ringside prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Place/write the RMA Number on the outside of the box.|
|•||For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Combat Brands will pay cost for shipping of the replacement merchandise.|
|•||Ringside recommends that customer obtain, from your shipper, tracking numbers on returned merchandise. Combat Brands cannot be responsible for lost or missing return packages.|
|•||Returns or exchanges will not be processed without an RMA Number. You may request a RMA Number via email Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service or by calling 1.877.426.9464.|

|•||Combat Brands Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.|
|•||This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.|
|•||Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through Ringside.com cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.|

Promotional Coupons / Codes
Offers expire at 11:59PM CST on the last day of the promotion. Enter promo code in shopping cart for applicable promotion to be applied. Additional shipping charges may apply on heavy and/or oversized items where applicable. Offer valid on call-in or online orders placed with Combat Brands only. Offer excludes shipping and taxes (where applicable), as well as Cleto Reyes and Century brands, ring, cage, custom and wholesale purchases. Promotions cannot be combined or applied to past purchases. Void where prohibited.
The calculation for a BOGO Discount works by sorting the items in the cart by price from highest to lowest. Then each 2nd highest priced product from the list is discounted.
Let's say Buy One Get One 50% off is the promotion and you have four items in your cart. They cost $16, $300, $70 and $30 for a total of $416. The shopping cart will create a list with such order: $300, $70, $30, $16. The $70 and $16 products will each be discounted by 50% giving a discount amount of $43.
