Chango® back massager works by holding the handles and placing the ball between the users back and a flat wall. Use your body weight by leaning the back against the ball. Hold direct pressure, no ball movement on the desired tender muscle area (trigger point). Slightly bend knees up and down. Roll the ball, back and forth or in a circular motion on the desired muscle.The Chango® Back massagers complete with illustrated instructions.
