All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours except where noted. Shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping that will be added to the shipping charge. Ringside, Inc. reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.
Flat Rate Shipping
$4.95 shipping offer is valid online in USA only and excludes rings and cages. Additional shipping charges apply on heavy and/or oversized items, as noted in the product descriptions. Delivery can be expected within 5-8 business days.
Additional shipping fees
Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam
Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam are located outside the Continental U.S. therefore will take 3-7 business days to ship. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico are considered international shipments. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. Please call 1.877.426.9464 or email Ringside Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns. Orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.
International Orders
We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. The international shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally. Please email Ringside Customer Service if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding international orders.
We will require emailed front and back copies of the credit card used, and valid driver’s license for any order containing an International address. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, and to reduce fraud. Please email the aforementioned to Ringside Customer Service for approval. All orders are subject to hold or cancellation if a response is not received within 2 weeks.
International orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.
Next Day Air
All next day air orders must be placed online by 3:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping. To accommodate your expedited shipping needs after 3:00 PM CST, please call 1.877.426.9464 for air shipping options and delivery expectations.
APO-FPO
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Our satisfaction guaranteed policy
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Returns
RMA # must accompany all returned merchandise. Email Ringside Customer Service to receive the RMA.
If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, complete the Return/Exchange Form that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. The product return itself is authorization for your credit card to be charged for these fees. While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 1-2 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.
